Modern design with rustic elements featuring Italian travertine, multiple nano-walls, cedar ceilings. Five luxurious ocean-facing rooms each with en-suite bathrooms including steam showers and 3 jacuzzi tubs. Located at the end of a gated private lane - very exclusive and private. The home features six fireplaces, seven 4K TVs w/ DirectTV (premiums channels), SONOS music system throughout, mini-fridge/freezer in each bedroom. The estate includes a heated saline pool & spa, lush sitting areas, 3 outdoor fire pits, and coveted private beach access. 10-minute drive to downtown SB. One minute walk a short flight of stairs to the beach. This is a dream destination for families or the most discriminating guests.
We maintain the highest standards for cleanliness. Now more than ever, we conduct a thorough process that includes redundant checks of cleaning tasks, specific disinfection of touchpoints like doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and all surface areas top and sides. We use only organic, non-toxic, effective disinfectants. Your safety is a top priority.

Summary: We spent a beautiful month relaxing in this most spectacular property. I have to say that after days and days of research, my husband and I were so fortunate to find this location. The home itself is brand new with modern lines and rich finishes (cedar wood, stone, ipe deck). Gigantic sliding doors in most rooms and several spaces have nano wall systems. The pool is sublime - saline water... just the right depth and length. The beach is practically private and serene. Did I mention the steam showers? I think each of the baths have their own steam shower with aromatherapy oils. The fireplaces are all 1 touch. We didn't use the big wood burning fireplace... but the cord of wood next to the fireplace was lovely to see while enjoying the theater experience in the main living room. Speaking of which, the owners set the entire house as a smart home... almost every room has a Sonos speaker system built-in and the Alexa system lets you turn music and lights on and off by speaking. The best aspect of this home are the views and seclusion. It's very private and very exclusive. We look forward to returning soon.
